It provides students an appreciation of the complexities of organisations that affect employee behaviour within them. It introduces them to human resource management strategies to manage people in organisations. The module incorporates key management, organisational behaviour and people management theories and practices. If you meet the academic requirements but require additional support to take your language skills to the required level, you may be able to attend one of our pre-sessional English courses. Students who successfully complete the pre-sessional course can progress onto their chosen degree course without retaking an IELTS or equivalent.
If you are an international student and your school qualifications are not accepted for direct entry to the University you may be eligible for admission to this degree programme through our International Foundation Programme. However, you will need a strong academic performance in Year 1 (minimum first-year average 60%) to be offered a place at one of our partner universities/business schools. The programme is designed for graduates from any discipline with a strong interest in the principles and practices of business and management. We will consider students who have taken A Level examinations and the International Baccalaureate for entrance to undergraduate programmes. If you have obtained a 3 year diploma it is sometimes possible to gain ‘advance standing’ to the second year of some undergraduate programmes. Applicants for programmes with subject specific requirements will need to offer these as normal (please note that combined or integrated science will not normally be acceptable where a stated science is required i.e. https://www.yardbarberusa.com/ Biology or Chemistry). Programmes requiring Mathematics as a specified subject will require both the Compulsory and either M1 or M2. Holders of the Thanawiyan are not normally eligible for direct entry onto an undergraduate course without completion of a suitable foundation programme, such as one of our own foundation pathways. The University will consider students who have achieved good grades in their High School Graduation Diploma with at least 5 university-preparatory level courses.

This course enables you to benefit from an entirely flexible online format. A foundation programme will give you the language skills and subject knowledge you need if you’re not qualified for direct entry to your chosen undergraduate course.
